Your Headshot Images

Note: If you do not currently have a headshot photo, we will use our logo in its place, and you can update this at a later time.

Upload Your Headshot Images

To maximize our ability to serve you, please provide at least one professional-looking headshot. We discourage headshots that include other people or pets and backgrounds that distract from a professional appearance.

Social Media Accounts

We would like to include links to your primary professional social media sights. You can easily copy and paste the URL address from each social media account and drop them here. If you don't use these platforms, just leave them blank.

Upload Your Contacts (Database)

This is a vital step in your onboarding process. Your current database could be the conduit to significant business in the future. We'll help you stay in touch with your contacts with timely updates and financial information to remind them you're available to help them make smart, safe money decisions.

Please ensure your files are in CSV format, all columns have headers, and note that your database is required to have columns for the following:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Email

  • Phone (optional)

Upload Your Contacts (Database)

Important, we check for and do not allow purchased lists to be added to our database. Your database should consist of people you know and have had some interaction with in the past and/or people who recognize your name if it pops up in their email.

Your Professional Biography

Your biography should include: Your education, business philosophy, family, friends and community. We recommend writing in third person, avoiding cliche terms and keeping your biography at roughly 200-300 words.

Your biography will be screened and edited to meet internet standards. If you don't have one you can provide now, we will insert a simple bio to get you started.

We are occasionally asked to provide a copy of this documentation during the registration process. In cases where the registration failed due to incorrect information, TCR will often request for us to submit it to verify your business/brand. If you have NOT registered your business and/or are a sole-proprietor without an EIN, please select "No".

Next, We Need To Know Who Your Authorized Representative Is:

If you registered your business, you were prompted to provide contact information for any and all authorized representatives of the business in regards to legal/financial decision making. In most cases, this is the owner of the business but can sometimes be another critical member of the team.

If you did not register your business, please enter your own information here, and choose "CEO" or "Other" for your Job Position.

Last, We Need To Sort Out Your Privacy Policy & Terms and Conditions Documentation:

To comply with A2P 10DLC registration, your Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions documentation must include specific language to meet industry standards and carrier requirements.

These requirements focus on transparency, consent, and compliance with messaging regulations.

Annuity.com is able to provide you with A2P10DLC Registration Compliant policies that will live on your Annuity.com Agent Website. However, we understand some businesses may already have this documentation in place.
